Hello and welcome! Pursuing therapy is a major step in caring for your mental health, and finding a therapist who is a good match is of utmost importance. I work with clients ages 16 and up, and focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships. In a nutshell, my approach focuses on helping people break out of patterns that are no longer serving them and connecting them to their power in the present moment. As a queer nonbinary clinician, I have particular expertise in working with LGBQ+ and TGNC populations, as well as supporting people in navigating kink, non-monogamy, and alternative relationship structures.

Approach to Therapy

My work is largely psychodynamically informed (i.e. traditional talk therapy) as well as IFS-based.
