I work with teens 14+, adults, couples: anxiety, adhd, addiction, abuse, trauma, relationships issues, divorce, general stress, lgbtq+, women's issues: postpartum perimenopause/pmdd, kink/bdsm friendly, religious deconstruction, children of alcoholics/addicts/neglect, co-parenting, to simply needing that nonjudgmental space to vent/have a sounding board.

My approach is tailored to each person who walks into my office. A space that is built on my values: honesty, integrity, creativity, self-compassion, activism, safety. We will dig in to what matters most to you, define what your values are - how to live a life of meaning driven by those values. You will learn tools to be present in the unpredictability of every day living.
